1. Are your soaps vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All of my soaps are made with plant-based ingredients and are never tested on animals. 100% vegan and cruelty-free — always.

2. Do you use artificial colours or fragrances?

No. All of my handmade soaps are EU Cosmetic Safety Certified, so you can trust they’re safe, gentle, and kind to your skin.
I only use natural ingredients and pure essential oils — no artificial colours, synthetic fragrances, or harsh chemicals.

3. Can I use your soaps if I have sensitive skin?

My soaps are made with gentle, nourishing ingredients and have been tested on sensitive skin. However, as every skin type is different, I can’t guarantee they’ll suit everyone. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

4. How do you make your soaps?

I use two different methods, depending on the design and function:
• Cold Process – Made with just oils, lye, and citric acid. These bars are long-lasting with a creamy, rich lather.
• Melt and Pour – Made with a high-quality, SLS-free soap base and added oils. This method allows for more creative designs while remaining gentle on the skin.

5. What ingredients are in your soap base?

The melt-and-pour soap base includes:
Water, glycerin, sodium stearate, sorbitol, sodium laurate, propylene glycol, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium chloride, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, citric acid, titanium dioxide, sodium citrate, tetrasodium iminodisuccinate, and tetrasodium etidronate.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders take 5–6 business days to prepare.
Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!

7. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I don’t offer international shipping through the website.
But I’d love to help if I can — feel free to email me at simplyskinkind@gmail.com, and we’ll see what’s possible!

8. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene reasons, I don’t accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours at simplyskinkind@gmail.com with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

9. How should I store my soap?

To make your soap last longer, store it in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses.
A soap dish with drainage is perfect to prevent it from sitting in water.

10. Can I send your soaps as a gift?

Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout, and I’ll include your personal message in the package — beautifully wrapped and ready to gift.
