By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Orders

  • All soaps are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, shape, or scent may occur. These differences do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

  • Orders take 5-6 business days to process before shipping. Since this is a one-person business, I appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • I ship from Ireland to select locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of handmade soaps, I do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I will do my best to resolve the situation.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of significant damage or incorrect items received.

4. Ingredients & Allergies

  • Please check FAQ page and ingredients are listed in the product descriptions. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please check the ingredients carefully before purchasing.

  • Although all my products have been tested on sensitive skin and proven to be gentle, I am not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

5. Payment & Security

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. I do not store or have access to your payment details.

  • Prices are listed in euro (€) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Simply SkinKind. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
